(April 30th Sorry about the earliest-date change! Takes place shortly after 621 arrived on earth, and now Jumba and the Pelekai's and anyone else loyal to their family are making a game plan! ((judge Lilo presiding XD)))
Jumba liked things that were in the two-to-three foot height range. For mischief, it was unpredictable, deceptive, compact, and convenient. No one expected a little being to do great things. For fun, it was cute and displayed the genius of something small impacting changes. After all, how much more effective were his creations at...well, pretty much everything...as opposed to towering, practically useless giants like Gantu? Also good for travel and transportation! Yes, short was the way to be. Even if evil genius was on the higher end of stature, himself.
So why was Little Girl so unpleasant when she was angry? If he weren't the greatest evil mind to grace the universe, Jumba Jookiba, inventor of edible hair, might be intimidated by Lilo. He wasn't looking forward to the coming conversation. Why? It had to start with reading him the act of riot, first.
Jumba sat at the kitchen table with all four eyes slanted to reflect his guilt. He hadn't told 626 and Little Girl about 621. Not just that the early creation was still evil, but that he was--had been--a prisoner on Turo for the last five years. Of course his niece would want to convert any of Stitch's 'cousins', as she had all of the others. She was, as Pleakly said, a very capable Earth girl and she knew it. This family meeting was about 621 coming to Area 51 and how to handle it, after all, and she was leading. That would probably start with chewing out Uncle.
Of course she would be upset that he'd let her believe 621 was just in pod form in his shoebox, or otherwise taken care of, instead of properly inducted into their Ohana. After all, she'd been very upset about his creating 627---ooh, that was right; the only reason the rest of the family knew the green monstrosity was here was because 627's pod had been discovered stolen yesterday evening. Yes, the scientist was very much busted.
Unable to take the pressure, Jumba held up broad hands like twin blaster shields warding off attack. Russian-like accent was defensive, rushing. "Aa-aah, yes, I confess, I confess, I knew 621 was imprisoned on Galactic Federation planet, instead of here vis Ohana family. But, must be cutting of slack. Jumba has not had remembering of prototype-ultimate-destruction Experiment for many years. Was looong time ago. Ehh, how you say, out of seeing, out of mind. Ask 626! He was just as much aware of 621 as evil genius creator." Tattled the naughty alien.
