Name:
Sparky, experiment 221
Years Active:
2 years
Sex:
Male
Primary Function:
Electrical power-surge
Abilities:
Sparky has a wide variety of capabilities. He's able to enter through electrical machines, seemingly traveling through currents and other conductive things. Sparky can also fly using super high speeds of blurring through the air. When he's in the electric form he's nearly intangible and not to mention his amazing reflexes. Not incredibly strong but he makes up for it in speed and ability. From the twin tendrils atop his head, he's able to create crippling electricity. This can either power machinery or fry them. With his electricity, he also has amazing senses far better than a normal human.
Weaknesses:
Cannot pass through non-conductive things.
Personality:
Sparky is extremely rambunctious and hyperactive, he tends to like busying himself with multiple things. Though he's reformed not and not quite evil, he still retains his mischievous side and loves causing mild trouble. Chaotic and a bit deranged, he still is very normal and gentle. His shy around unfamiliar areas and tends to be hesitant but he opens up fairly easily. Sparky is naughty and will shock others as a game but he also uses his tendrils to offer 'love-zaps' to friends, you can tell the difference based on his cheeky expression. Sparky isn't quite as knowledgeable in the English, retaining 'ohana' few other words but he tends to speak his Tantalog words most often.
Home Planet:
Earth
One True Place:
Powering the lighthouse, although Sparky has decided to reject 621's offer.
Past:
Jumba had created this creature of mass instruction intended for causing power surges in ships. During battles in space, he was to ascend and wipe out all the competition and with his power, it would have been easy. Lilo and Stitch activated him on Earth to power up a ship to find Jumba but once awake Sparky spiraled out of control. The immense damage came to the town until Stitch captured him in a glass jar. After some talking, Sparky came to his senses and ceased his desire to destroy. For his new job, he was chosen to power the lighthouse and prevent ships from crashing onto the shore.
When all the experiments, included him were rounded up to the stadium to be destroyed. They all fought back and ended up winning against the evil. Sparky returned to his new and isolated job, despite that he still refuses to take over the world with 621.

Sample Post:
Pale canary-hued eyes swung upwards as the voices surrounding him rose in volume, alerting the gecko-monkey alien that the enemy was indeed attacking. Incoherent mutterings toppled from his wide set lips, gleaming azure eyes staring from the darkness of his tent. Sparky wasn’t happy, Sparky mad! Extra set of arms unfurled from his lower abdomen, feeling that he needed the extra appendages for battle. Elongated tendrils atop his crown writhed, sudden pops and buzzing of electricity resounding from them in fervent rage. Sparky allowed his lips to pull taut into a grin, he was ready.
Launching from the tent entrance, seemingly defying gravity with his speed and static cling, he elevated through the air, suspended above his tent to survey the area. Blinding light churned from him, he was obvious in the dim light, a coursing beacon that all could witness. Electricity rippled from him in angry shudders, tensing his thin fur in prickling needles. Anyone close would feel the tingled of static, though he was obviously seen. From his vantage point, he watched a crimson figure skulk below, a very familiar figure indeed. Squinting his wide, blue eyes, Sparky grimaced before lurching forward.
Electricity pulsed loudly, like a living wire he illuminated the sky with his vivid neon light. He perched zipped through the air, not lingering in one spot far too long but he was subtly tracking Melty who was sneaking quite well. If it wasn’t for his better vision and sense of smell, Melty probably would have gone unnoticed but that stench was far too familiar.
